By working with our Starting Points prints and pricing, we work with you to consider allowance selections and features in the budget phase. This ensures that the allowances are based on your selections not ours and are within your budget. When the final budget is complete, it represents the cost at the end of construction if no changes have been made.

We use our construction calendar to communicate to you up front what the time line will be for your home's completion. This will let you know where we are in the construction process and when selections are due so that we can maintain our scheduled construction calendar.
