We at Smessaert Custom Builders have been building custom homes for 30 years and that is what we will be doing for years to come.  Starting Points gives our customers a variety of floor plans that are priced in a way that gives them a more honest total cost.  Starting Points not only includes many features that customers want in a new home, but also includes are materials and techniques that make a new home a quality Smessaert Home

We use Starting Points prints to begin the journey to building your home. We encourage you to make the modifications the to Starting Points prints that transform it into your home.

Our Starting Points prints are priced to include many features that other builders call "upgrades". The pricing includes allowances that will actually cover the cost of quality items like cabinets, floor coverings, lighting fixtures and other such items.
